Resolved Question: what are the 8 sugars in glyconutrients that we need to keep us healthy?

Although I keep reading about glyconutrients all over the web, if it works, why have i not seen one time the actual name of these sugars, or what they are. Does anyone know where you can purchase a good glyconutrient locally or retail instead of having to order it?
